Capacity

Repeatable, not hand-fitted

A CNC back gauge is the difference between a formed part and a fitted one. Every flange lands in the same place, so an assembly of twenty pieces goes together without adjustment on site.

We cut and form in the same building. That matters more than it sounds: bend allowances are worked into the flat pattern before cutting, so a part does not come out short after forming.

Typical work

What we make this way

Channels & U-sections

Base channels for glass railings, formed rather than welded from three plates.

Boxes & enclosures

Guarding, covers and housings folded from a single blank.

Flanges & returns

Stiffening returns on panels and cladding, formed to the drawing.

Trench & channel sections

Drainage trench profiles formed to a consistent section along a long run.

Brackets

Formed angle brackets, cheaper and stronger than a welded equivalent.
