CNC laser cutting

Fiber laser cutting on a 6000 × 2500 mm bed with a 20 kW source — clean edges, tight nesting, and no secondary finishing on most parts.

Capacity

One bed, most of what a project needs

A 20 kW source on a full-sheet bed means we cut thick plate and thin sheet on the same machine, so a job with mixed thicknesses does not get split across suppliers.

Laser is the right choice when the edge matters. On most thicknesses the cut comes off ready to weld or coat with no grinding, which is where the time saving actually lands — not in the cutting, but in everything you do not have to do afterwards.

What we cut this way

Base plates & cleats

Connection steelwork cut and holed in one operation, ready to weld into a frame.

Privacy screens

Decorative and perimeter screens cut from your artwork in sheet or plate.

Railing components

Spigot plates, channel brackets and post caps for our own railing systems.

Brackets & gussets

Repeat parts nested tight so a run of forty costs closer to a run of four.

Gaskets & templates

Thin-gauge parts where a punched edge would not be accurate enough.

Signage & lettering

Cut lettering and panels in steel, stainless or aluminum.
